Is it Possible to Decrease the Bandwidth Requirement for MyArena?

If you see that the color of your bandwidth is orange or red please try the options below to help decrease the bandwidth requirement for your arena.

Option 1:

Decreasing your Bitrate

Friendly Reminder: Beware that doing so will decrease the quality of the video.

Step 1 - Click on the Stream Configurations button on the left side of the MyArena Menu bar.

Step 2 - Click on the arrow to the far right, for the competition you are looking to decrease the bandwidth for.

Step 3 - Adjust the Bitrate to a lower value of your choosing.

Option 2:

Disable the "Web live stream" & "Live video for Keemotion iOS and web apps" options

Friendly Reminder: Doing so will divide the bandwidth needs by 2.

Step 1 - Click on the Stream Configurations button on the left side of the MyArena Menu bar.

Step 2 - Click on the arrow for your competition on the far right side of the page.

Step 3 - Click on the necessary buttons below to disable the "Web live stream" and "Live video for Keemotion iOS and web apps" options.
