Note: With Keemotion, you can stream one of your recordings live from your club's Facebook page.
Friendly Reminders: To stream a video live on your Facebook page, you must configure the Keemotion server in your arena.
Live streaming stops when the Keemotion recording ends. This procedure must be repeated for each event you wish to stream.
Procedure to be carried out once the Keemotion recording has started (15 min before the official time).
Prerequisites
- Recording must be scheduled from a Keemotion application.
- You must have a Keemotion account, as well as administrator access to the Club's Facebook page.
Steps to Configure Facebook Live Streaming
1.) Connect to the club's Facebook page.
2.) Click Publishing Tools .
3.) Click on Video library .
4.) Click Live
The Create Live Video page appears.
5.) Copy the RTMP link and click Next .
6.) On the Create Live Video page, add a title to your video.
7.) Open MyArena on another web page. After opening MyArena, select the arena you want to configure from the drop down menu (if you have multiple arena's). See the image below of what the drop down menu looks like. Please make sure the custom RTMP configuration is selected in the Web Live Stream section.
8.) Go to Stream Configurations , then select the corresponding competition.
9.) Please make sure the custom RTMP configuration is selected in the Web Live Stream section.
10.) In the Stream Configuration page, paste the RTMP link you copied from Facebook in step 5, into the RTMP URL field.
Once this is completed hit the button on the bottom left of the web page.
Within 2 minutes of your recording the live streaming will begin on Facebook.
It will stop automatically once the Keemotion recording stops.
