After releasing Synergy Stats 1.10. with a bunch of improvements, enhancements, and functionalities, and two additional minor releases followed to fix some bugs and optimize enhancements.
Version 1.10.1 and 1.10.2 present updates and bug fixes described below.
Improvements, enhancements, and functionalities from the release
- Managing the fast break option within the Free Throws screen is now optimized to allow the user to tick/untick the fast break box freely before confirming the outcome of the free throws or closing the window
- A bug is now fixed, where assigning a personal foul to a player from a team not in possession of the ball was also adding player's turnover (similar to the offensive foul scenario)
- A bug with free throws with multiple fouls situation where the initial free throws should be put on hold/stand by is now also fixed and the functionality works as designed
- An issue with accessing a fixture in a non-prod environment where a black screen was displayed after selecting the fixture is now not occurring anymore. The issue is investigated and Synergy Stats should operate in non-prod as designed.
Fast Break checkbox behavior in Free Throws screen
When the Free Throw screen is opened:
- the fast break checkbox is only automatically marked on a foul on shot situations when/if the actions as also marked as fast break points in the shot types screen
- in all other cases, the checkbox is always unticked and active for the user to tick/untick
- the 'fast break' checkbox stays active all the time before the windows get closed or confirmed.
Synergy Stats now supports flexibility for the users to change their mind on fast break situations with free throws, or simply to add the mark later (in a foul on the shot situation) in case it was not ticked during the made shot input workflow.
Bug Fixes
Free Throws on multiple fouls called in the same situation are handled now correctly by Synergy Stats
When there is a Technical/Unsportsmanlike/Disqualifying Foul called while free throw(s) are in place, and for the Technical/Unsportsmanlike/Disqualifying foul there is/are a free throw(s), once the free throws are completed for the Technical/Unsportsmanlike/Disqualifying, the user is now able to click on the 'DONE' button and go back to the initial free throws put on hold. The button was not responding correctly until now and only a page reload would close the screen. This is now fixed and working.
