If your screen happens to go blank when entering an action, first make your caller aware of the issue as they may need to write down any actions that occur. Next, confirm that you still have an active internet connection and if this is the case, click the refresh page button for your web browser to reload the app. The app should reload at the last action entered. We then recommend that you make a note of what led to this issue and send us the details at the end of the game via the Synergy Stats App Feedback Form.
