How do I report an issue on the Keemotion App?

If you believe you are facing a bug on the application and you want to let us know, you can help us by going to the Settings tab . On this screen, click on the red bar where it says Report an issue : a pre-filled email will automatically open for you to send us a bug report.

In order to optimize our chances of locating the problem, we ask that you answer the three questions pre-written in the email:

• Describe your issue ( Describe your issue).
• Narrate actions performed that could have caused the problem ( Describe specific Any Action That May-have led to this problem ).
• Have you ever encountered this bug earlier ( Have you experienced this problem in the past ).

Note that a file attached to the mail contains a series of information that could help us locate the problem encountered. Please do not remove this attached file from the email when you send it to us.
