Logging In

Synergy Stats is a web-based platform for collecting stats side-court. While it requires an internet connection, nothing needs to be downloaded or installed. Synergy Stats can be accessed via your web browser by going to https://stats.synergysports.com

Synergy Stats works on all types of devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Using Synergy Stats with Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, and other browsers may cause issues while using Synergy Stats.  

To access Synergy Stats, simply open the browser on your device, input the link to access the platform in the production or non-production environment, and enter your credentials.

• Production (prod) environment: https://stats.synergysports.com
• Non-production (non-prod, test) environment: https://ig.nonprod.cloud.atriumsports.com/

Note: Access for the production and non-production Synergy Stats environments are not the same, and users need to be provided with credentials for both.

Synergy Stats Environments  

Synergy Stats is designed to operate in two different environments depending on your needs and purposes.  

Non-production Environment

The non-production environment is a practice environment. It gives you the opportunity to schedule multiple games for training purposes with mock teams, players, and data quickly and easily. This provides an option for beginners, and not-so-experienced statisticians, to practice and test their Synergy Stats competence and train themselves at any moment. Synergy Stats operates exactly like the production environment in the non-production environment, without posting real-game data, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the product.  

Production Environment

The production environment is the real-game collection tool for official data. The data collected is sent to live stats widgets, and websites of the league you are associated with. This environment should not be used for testing, as anything indicated in the production environment will be visible. Both environments look the same and have the same full set of functionalities and enhancements.

Note: Users should use the non-production environment for testing and practicing with the application.

Synergy Stats User Access Types 

To access and use the Synergy Stats platform you need credentials and access rights. Each league/client is responsible for creating and distributing user access details. Please contact the league administrator if you do not have credentials or permissions assigned, or have issues with your existing ones. 

Types of User Access 

• Super User – Provides access to all games for the nominated league. 
• Team User – Provides access to the nominated team's home games only. 
• Venue User – Provides access to games at the nominated venue only.

Note: If you do not have credentials or permissions assigned, please contact your league administrator.

Logging Out 

You can log out at any time from Synergy Stats by clicking on the arrow icon in the top right corner of the screen.  

Note: Synergy Stats currently does not display any warning message when logging out, clicking the arrow icon will cause immediate log out.
